In 1980 D. P. Garg & Co. sets up their first production facility for manufacturing of door hinges. First time in India in 1991 the company starts SS hinge Production and get first ISI licence in India for SS HInges.

• - In-house biggest Tool Room in hardware industry. Tool room consisting - 2 CNC Drill, 9 Wirecut, 3 VMC, 3 EDM machines and many more conventional machines are as part of tool room.
• - In-house 2 Zinc die casting machines.
• - In-house Tube bending machines with latest innovation.
• - In-house tensile machine & hardness testing machine.
• - In-house salt spray test chamber.
• - In-house making of labels barcodes & their scanning to ensure readability & correctness.

• - Zero discharge Effluent Treatment Plant for better environment. Only zero discharge plant in our trade in India as on 1st January 2020.
